45 days return policy. Any product purchased can be returned to us within 45 days from the date of invoice, subject to the following conditions
1. Original customer copy of invoice evidencing the purchase of product from us is to be produced with the return.
2.The product sold is intact and is not partially used or tempered/damaged.
3. The original packing or accessories or literature accompanying the product are intact.
4. On the return of items the buyer will issued with a credit note of the amount of return which will be redeemed in his/her next purchase.
For the partially used products the registered member can donate the same to our donation pool for the poor people of the society. While donating the items the registered members acknowledge being in agreement with the Firm for waiving all its rights and claims in any manner or forms against the items donated. It will be sole right of the Firm to decide what is to be accepted for donation and how, when and for whom it is to be used.
Items which don’t qualify for return: The items with the remark “Items not qualifying return or suffixed by sign NR” or/and “Items specially arranged or suffixed by sign S” will not be eligible for return.
How to return? The buyer while placing/accepting the next order may return the items which qualify to return as per above policy.
Is Prescription compulsory?
Yes, for all prescription based items either you may submit it through our App/Website/E-mail/ Whats App or you may handover the same to our delivery boy before accepting the delivery. A prescription from a registered medical practitioner is compulsory. The user/visitor/member while placing an order for a prescription based items have the option of either upload the prescription on our app/website or hand over the copy of the same to our delivery boy before accepting the delivery. Any re-ordering on the already submitted prescription can be made without submitting the prescription at the sole responsibility and liability of the user/visitor/member. However, our pharmacist has the sole right to deny any prescription or it’s re-ordering.
Can I get these offers and schemes from any physical counter?
No, you are entitle for all schemes and offer only on orders placed at our helpline through call/ SMS/ text message, or through E-mail/Website/Dawaiwale App as stated above, at “How to order section”.
Area of service
Currently, we are only serving Indore City with our services/offers. For services outside Indore City like adjoining cities (Ujjain, Dewas etc),villages (gram), Tehsil, including but not limited to RAU, Pithampur, Mhow, Depalpur, Simrol etc kindly contact our helpline for assistance.
Any user/visitor/member accessing to our website/Application/helpline from within India or abroad but outside Indore Municipal limits will be responsible for compliance with local laws and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Cancellation of an order
Any order placed can be cancelled before getting the SMS of “order in process”. The items especially arranged and items which are not returnable can’t be cancelled. Our pharmacist has the sole right to reject any prescription or order he/she deems fit for cancellation without assigning any reasons thereof.
Delivery terms: Within 24 hours*

Orders received by call/SMS/What’s up app/our app/website/ email between 10 am to 7 pm will be delivered within 24 working hours except Sundays/Bank holidays and other exceptional circumstances.
However, orders received by SMS / What’s up app /our app/website/ email before 10 am and after 7 pm will be delivered within 24 working hours starting from the next working day except Sundays/ Bank holidays and other exceptional circumstances.
All deliveries will be made strictly in between 9 am to 9 pm.
If any items send for delivery are undelivered, due to registered member limitations, including, but not limited to, no show at registered address, not at home, prescription not provided, no payment, wrong address, wrong mobile number etc, the Firm will not be held liable for the non-delivery. Further delivery if requested later on, shall be chargeable. In order to facilitate the acceptance of delivery, we can also deliver the medicines to your neighbors (duly intimated & authorized by you) provided they hold your prescription copy and the amount to be paid. In this case, the Firm will not be responsible for any claims later on.
Fake orders may attract heavy financial penalties.
It will be deemed to be accepted without dispute that any other person on behalf of the registered member ordering/ taking delivery has the right, capacity and authority from the registered member to do so and the Firm shall not be held responsible, for any, claims thereafter.
The registered member should ensure that placement and delivery of the sensitive items/items for adult use only/ prescription based items should only be done by adults aging more than 18 years.
Any orders placed and delivered against the registered member to his registered address will be his/her responsibility and in no event or circumstances the Firm shall be held responsible for any misuses/ side effects of the items ordered and delivered as the member/user while placing the order or accessing our services or accepting the deliveries warrants to have the right, authority and capacity to do so under the relevant Laws, Acts Rules & regulations with their amendments. In case of any of any wrong supplies made the same should be immediately intimated to the Firm.
Before accepting the order at the registered address the registered member or the person taking the delivery on behalf of registered member shall declare that
1. They have received the items as per their order.
2. The items delivered are not expired.
3. The items delivered are intact and in acceptable form of delivery i:e the items are not tempered or damaged in any manner.
4. It is the duty of the registered member to ensure that the items ordered and accepted are completely in line with the prescription of registered medical practitioner.
Due to some limitations, all products requested may not be delivered simultaneously. In such a situation the Firm will notify the user/member and only on his/her wish, the offer for the balance quantity will stay alive to be delivered.
Further, the registered member or any person on his behalf (duly authorized /unauthorized) while placing and accepting the orders acknowledges to be in agreement with the Firm that the Firm shall not be held responsible or liable for any incidental, implied, deemed ,direct/indirect losses/damages/cost/expenses including but not limited to damages for product performance, quality claims by the company manufacturing the product or product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, for orders placed to the Firm.
The Firm is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of items which are out of stock, back ordered or otherwise unavailable. All items are offered only for a restricted time and only for the available supply.
Any delivery beyond the time schedule provided above will entitle you to delivery free of cost or in case if the free delivery entitlement was used for the delivery, the same will be restored, except the delays which were beyond our control or due to your error in placing the order. The maximum liability of the Firm in case of delay in delivery is to waive off the delivery charges, if any, or to restore the single free delivery entitlement, if used, as provided in the above paragraph. No other obligation is accepted & binding on us.
