Procedure:
a. Order received from any of the above mentioned means.
b. Request for confirmation of the order (RFCOO): Based on the feedback from our pharmacist, you will receive a text message confirming the items/products requested with their quantity and value. Simultaneously, you will also receive a call from our customer care executive for your kind confirmation.
c. Minimum Quantity condition: While receiving the RFCOO you might observe that the quantity of some items requested in orders differ from that what was requested. This is due to the fact that those items can’t be sold loose. This is symbolize by “M”
d. Items specially arranged: In line with our commitment to maximize your purchase convenience there may be items which may have to be sourced for you especially and such items will be holding a remark “Items specially arranged”. This is symbolize by “S”
e. Items out of stock: There may be items which may be out of stock or may have been discontinued for such items orders will not be accepted. Such items will be holding a remark “Items out of stock”. This is symbolize by “O”
f. Items which don’t qualify for return: The items with the remark “Items not qualifying return”. This is symbolize by “NR”
g. Your confirmation: After reviewing of the RFCOO you may simply type “Y” and send it to our customers care number or you may also simply say yes to our customer care executive over the call.
h. Acknowledging “Y”: On your confirmation deemed/implied/explicitly quoted as per clause g above you will receive our text message stating “order in process” and the tentative delivery deadline.
i. Once you receive our order and you have paid, the transaction will be completed and a text message for transaction completion and your valuable feedback will be requested from you.
What are the order timings?
Orders can be placed to us 24 *7 through our Website, E-mails, SMS, Whatsapp or through our Dawaiwale application downloaded from Google play store for free. Orders by call through our helpline will be accepted only between 10 am to 7 pm from Mon – Sat. For details refer to our terms and conditions.
What are Delivery Timelines? 
Within 24 hours from the receipt of your order confirmation received from SMS/Call. No deliveries on Sunday/National holidays. We submit to execute your order with faster deliveries. For details refer to our terms & condition section.

The Firm purchases all its products directly from reputed manufacturers & authorized/certified and duly approved vendors/dealers to avoid any claims on quality and product performance. All products sold by the Firm are under manufacturer warranties. Material or information, in any form, in any of our communications through website/application/leaflets/pamphlets etc includes copyright materials/information which is the property of the Firm or the third parties.
What are the Payments terms?
We hold Cash on Delivery*/Bank Transfer/Online payment from the payment gateway listed at our website or Application to maximize your conveniences of purchase. Cash on Delivery option is not available in all cities.
What is your Return Policy?
45 days return policy.  Any product purchased can be returned to us within 45 days from the date of invoice, subject to the following conditions:
1. Original customer copy of invoice evidencing the purchase of product from us is to be produced with the return.
2. The product sold is intact and is not partially used or tempered/damaged.
3. The original packing or accessories or literature accompanying the product are intact.
4. On the return of items the buyer will issued with a credit note of the amount of return which will be redeemed in his/her next purchase
For the partially used products the registered member can donate the same to our donation pool for the poor people of the society. While donating the items the registered members acknowledge being in agreement with the Firm for waiving all its rights and claims in any manner or forms against the items donated. It will be sole right of the Firm to decide what is to be accepted for donation and how, when and for whom it is to be used.
Items which don’t qualify for return: The items with the remark “Items not qualifying return or suffixed by sign >NR” or/and “Items specially arranged or suffixed by sign S” will not be eligible for return.
<p><b>How to return? The buyer while placing/accepting the next order may return the items which qualify to return as per above policy.
Is Prescription compulsory?
Yes, for all prescription based items either you may submit it through our App/Website/E-mail/ Whats App or you may handover the same to our delivery boy before accepting the delivery.
Can I get these offers and schemes from any physical counter?
No, you are entitle for all schemes and offer only on orders placed at our helpline through call/ SMS/ text message, or through E-mail/Website/Dawaiwale App as stated above, at “How to order section”. 
What is the Area of service?
Currently, we are only serving Indore City with our services/offers. For services outside Indore City like adjoining cities (Ujjain, Dewas etc),villages (gram), Tehsil, including but not limited to  RAU, Pithampur, Mhow, Depalpur, Simrol etc kindly contact our helpline for assistance.

How Cancellation of an order works?
Any order placed can be cancelled before getting the SMS of “order in process”. The items especially arranged and items which are not returnable can’t be cancelled. Our pharmacist has the sole right to reject any prescription or order he/she deems fit for cancellation without assigning any reasons thereof.
